不要妄想通过无视缺点或转移注意力的办法来解决问题,只有真正接受自己的缺点,把它当成朋友一样对待,你才可能真正彻底摆脱它给你的自信和思想带来的影响。
应对冒牌者综合征,除了认清真实的自己外,最好的办法是内化你的成就,你可以把它们用白纸黑字记录下来。在内化的过程中,请时刻记住,你并不完美。只有这样,你的成就感才能不降反升。
如果你从来没有犯过错误,这只能说明你从来没有尝试过新鲜事物。
导致拖延症的深层原因不是懒惰,而是过于复杂的目标以及随之而来的恐惧心理,而二者正是源自完美主义心态。
